Several things throughout the process kept this from being a smooth purchase. The unit we were committed to buy was sold out from under us during the 1 hour I had left to get my phone (required for the purchase), add-on sales being pushed and taking two half days to fill out so much paperwork seemed excessive and unprofessional.
